I have been in the fitness industry for close to 10 years. When I started, my goal was to get my clients comfortable while being in a gym environment and feeling in control of their fitness goals. As time progressed, I found that many people had restrictions and injuries that held them back from the activities they wanted to do. I decided to learn as much as I could about fascia and movement so that I could be the most comprehensive answer for my clients' needs.
My education encompasses movement, assisted fascial stretch and release techniques, golf-specific fitness, and recovery, and I am currently taking on Zhealth performance which approaches movement and pain from a neurological point of view. I am confident that I can help you get out of pain and feel your best when you're ready to make that change.
